| If your old login isn't getting you in it's probably because Michelle changed your password to make it more secure. Just email me with your user name at ndevine@rakehell.com and I'll send you your new password.
Also note that you no longer have to give your entire email address as the login, just your username. So I now use ndevine, instead of ndevine@rakehell.com. | ||

| As of yesterday, it seems to be impossible to log into email-- the `download a file' box pops up when one presses a link to Rakehell email, and it is not possible to open the file in situ. | ||

| Thanks for the heads up! Our admin was doing some upgrades to the email server, and it changed a configuration file somewhere else in the system. Everything's running fine now. | ||
